Basic Cabin (Self Contained) with Shared Pool

Our Basic cabin is small and contains everything you need for a short stay in Bowen. It is an older style of accommodation and does not have modern up to date fixtures and finishes but is clean and comfortable for a short stay. Located only one street back from the beach, you will enjoy cool coastal breezes while relaxing in your fully self contained cabin. It is close to a road and you may hear traffic noise at times especially on Sunday morning given our close proximity to the local markets

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful haven. The Retreat is located adjacent to the Elliot River at Guthalungra QLD, with a large fully fenced pet friendly yard and nearby access to the river for fishing, crabbing and walks. There are nearby cement boat landings for access to nearby Cape Upstart and reefs located in the top of the Whitsundays. The Retreat has all the facilities required by the fishing enthusiast - outdoor filleting table, boat wash down facilities, gas crab cooker.

A three-bedroom fully air conditioned townhouse located moments from the water’s edge. This contemporary home features a king bedroom with en-suite, queen bedroom and twin bedroom. Boat parking. Pet friendly upon application. We are suitable for small breeds only. The home is conveniently located. The Bicentennial Walkway at the bottom of the street will take you past Coral Sea Marina and into the Airlie Beach town centre. This easy walk features several cafes, restaurants and bars.

Queens retreat bowen

Queens Retreat in Bowen is just under 2 acres of land with plenty of mango trees on the property. Mango season ranges from September- December, so if you decide to stay, we are more than happy for you to help yourself to some mangoes. Queens Retreat is located significantly close to the local shops, and only a short drive to the beautiful horseshoe, and rose bay. Other activities in Bowen range from golfing, fishing, swimming, and enjoying delicious food at the local pubs and taverns.
