Families will love snowmobiling, motocross at the Clarkia Fossil Bowl, and fishing in the picturesque St. Maries River. Hikers & Cross Country Skiing enthusiasts have hundreds of miles of trails to explore, while photographers & star gazers thrive on the lack of light pollution & AMAZING views every where you look!

Ponderosa Peaks Shepherd Wagon

Enjoy a stunning view from the edge of a rock cliff overlooking the Potlatch River surrounded by mountainous wilderness. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape with trails for a walk that you will not soon forget. Experience a stay in a newly-restored shepherd wagon used by one of the biggest sheep herders in the northwest and enjoy an evening around the campfire making warm memories. Wagon contains a full size bed and wall tent is also available. We offer horse trail rides as well.

KnottyCabin in the pines

Nestled in the middle of 40 acres of pines, this sweet two bedroom, handicapped accessible cabin is sure to provide relaxation for the whole family. The Knotty Cabin sleeps 6 people comfortably with a queen bed, full bed, and sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress. Games, great reading material, Wi-Fi and a TV provide indoor entertainment while the outdoors boasts views with wildlife (no guarantee), decks, fire pit, & gazebo. Nearby town has a grocery store and amazing places for dining.

Singing Dog Bed and Bone--bring your best friend

the Singing Dog B&B (Bed and Bone) outside Deary, ID, invites you to stay and play in the adjacent Clearwater National Forest. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but not required. Forest roads, trails, and rail-beds abound for hiking, biking, xc-skiing, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling. Owners' 2-acre pond is stocked with small-mouth bass, blue gill, and crappie for license-free fishing, and a canoe and kayak are available for your use in warmer weather.

This traditional log cabin is located just outside of the town of Deary and is only 30 minutes from Moscow. It is in an extremely peaceful, quiet location. Brush Creek Trail rides are located on the same piece of property so if you are interested in horse rides, this is an excellent place to stay as well. If you’re needing time to just get away from the hassle and bustle you’ll find this cabin, very relaxing and refreshing.
