This private guest suite in North Boulder has tons of natural light and is located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a newly remodeled bathroom, AC, separate entrance/musroom, easy parking, a kitchen with tea and coffee provided. Private with no shared spaces. We are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! Walk to bakery, grocery, gorgeous Wonderland lake. Work remotely.
