(Plancher chauffant) Vous serez séduit par le confort de cet appartement moderne aux accents de style « chalet en ville » Ce loft unique possède une cuisine tout équipée, un matelas mémoire, un balcon intime et toutes les commodités pour faciliter votre séjour.une visite s'impose à votre départ pour nous protéger chacun, Merci les plancher du loft sont entièrement chauffer pour plus de confort, wifi, cafetière keuring et insonoriser pour plus de discrétion.systeme adoucisseur d eaux, cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse sécheuse. le plafond est à 9 pied ce qui rend cette espace très spacieux. le loft est un logement entièrement priver. (non partager) nous somme sur place 24 heure par jours dans un appartement privée. un endroit très sécuritaire. Le quartier est paisible, sécuritaire et près de tous les services. le loft est à 10 minutes à pied du métro, il y a un arrêt pour prendre l'autobus au coin de la rue qui va directement au métro.

Le studio se trouve à 20 minutes de Montréal. Il est situé dans un nouveau quartier paisible à deux pas de la Route Verte, piste cyclable traversant le Canada. Vous apprécierez le studio pour son grand confort, son look moderne et la piscine creusée extérieure mise à votre disposition (non exclusive puisque partagée avec nous, les propriétaires). Ce logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Ne convient pas aux fêtes, ni aux réunions d'amis.

Quiet neighborhood close to bus stops, shopping centers, gym and restaurants. Short drive to downtown Montreal. Reserved two car parking on the right side. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, utensils, stove, fridge, microwave. Our guests can be assured the bedding will be washed and changed with each and every new guest, and for those staying for a week or more, bedding is changed every week. You get the enitre floor with private entrance and terrace to yourself.
