Renaissance Bungalow

Welcome to my 1930 Renaissance Bungalow. A nicely appointed home ready for your getaway. This home is clean, peaceful, and centrally located. Two blocks from our hospital, one block from the courthouse, and you’ll find Main Street is easy couple of blocks. Enjoy our restaurants, coffee shop, clothing/gift stores, banks, a movie theater, post office, and occasional parades and other events. Forestry Park is a few doors west and is a nice place to explore & take your daily walk or ride your bikes.

The Black Beauty (3 acres)

Beautiful home and 3 acre farm located in rural village - Perfect to get away! Home filled with character surrounded by plenty of land to enjoy. Lovely garden full of evergreens and fresh raspberries in the summer! The town of Barton is perfect for a quiet getaway with the charm of a historic location and nearby park. A popular location for hunting, especially waterfowl! Inquire about exclusive rights to hunt owner's land, landowner contacts, decoy or trailer rental, or hunting guide services!

Finch Hut

Located in Turtle Mountain Provincial Park, our off-grid huts are a great base for adventurers of all ages and abilities year-round. Our huts pack a lot into their small 160 square foot footprint. They feature a modern design, with a wood burning stove, cooking area, eating and sleeping space and storage racks for your gear. Outside the huts there is a deck space, outdoor cooking area, and gear storage for your skis or bikes. Each hut also has it's own outhouse, picnic table and fire pit.

The 4 Seasons - Bottineau

Enjoy your stay in the 4-Seasons Playground at our Charming, Cozy, Comfortable & Convenient (the 4 C’s-ons! ;P) 2-bedroom bungalow. With a king bed in the main bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom plus full-size and twin pull out sofa beds in the livingroom, there is room for the whole family. You will be centrally located to local shops and services and equidistant from the Turtle Mountains, Lake Metigoshe, J. Clark Salyer Refuge, and miles of snowmobile, ATV, and hiking trails.

Shorty's

Enjoy a stay in a 1928 Sears and Roebuck home on a working ranch! Hunters have enjoyed this ranch since there's plenty of room for gear, and a place to clean game. Families love the space and the animals! We are located approximately 30 miles from the J. Clark Salyer Refuge, a bird lovers paradise; and approximately 60 miles from the International Peace Garden. A great space for family gatherings! If you need more space book the basement also, it is listed as the "LayZtee Addition".

Beautiful year-round home on Lake Metigoshe.

This is a great spot with plenty of room to relax, have fun, and spend time together. Hike, bike, walk, ride, ski (on land or water), or just take in all four seasons—there’s something to enjoy year-round. We’re happy to share our family cabin with you. Some of our favorite memories have come from simple time away in places like this, and we hope you get the chance to make a few of your own here too. Rural Getaway at the Homestead Lodge

The Homestead Lodge is an ideal destination for groups who enjoy a beautiful rural setting. We often host hunters, families, and wedding groups. The Lodge is located 5 miles from Bottineau, ND and nearby popular adventure areas Mystical Horizons (10 miles), Bottineau Winter Park and Annie's House (13 miles), Lake Metigoshe and State Park (20 miles), and 35 miles to the International Peace Gardens.

We offer yearly rentals at a reduced rates, please contact us for details. Keep it simple and relaxed with easy access to the lake via the gentle west sloping lawn, carefree swims from the sandy beach, daily boating from any of the 5 docks, happy hour/dinner just steps across the parking lot to the A Frame Bar & Restaurant and the perfect some ‘mores from the designated campfire area (pit).

Mountain Escape

Two bedroom cabin located on Dromer Lake (Lake Metigoshe). Watch the sunrise and sunset over the lake, from the deck high off the water. Running water, AC, heat, full kitchen, sleeps up to 6 and camper spot/plug in available (extra $25 per night via etransfer). Minimum two night booking and willing to rent long term. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Seasonal rates available.
