You can easily sleep 1 extra on the sofa. Features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, large open plan living, dining, kitchen and deck.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. The perfect couples’ escape. A cozy living room with leather lounge, heated throw, electric log fireplace and RC A/C. The kitchen has a full sized fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and air fryer. A lux boudoir features a king bed with electric blanket, built-in robe and TV. Large bathroom with freestanding tub and twin shower. Separate WC. Private alfresco with BBQ, sink, washer and dryer.

“The Shed” Fully self contained with 2 bedrooms

The shed is a converted garage. It is along side our home. We are 6 kms from the town limits of Mudgee. Important things to note: The shed shares a house yard with us and our 3 dogs are in the yard. They are very friendly but do bark. The shed has 2 small bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed the other with a double bed. There is a shower that is accessed by getting in the bath. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE TO STEP IN THE BATH TO SHOWER AS PER PHOTO
