The Loft is located on the second floor of historic Lawyers Row, circa 1840, in the heart of Centertown Bedford and close to the National D-Day Memorial, Poplar Forest, Smith Mountain Lake, The Peaks of Otter and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We think you’ll love the close proximity to Centertown's local shops and restaurants, and be impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into renovating our vintage building. One mile off I81 exit 150. 15 minutes to Roanoke and Salem ,Va. 1/2 mile from appalachain trail. 15 minutes from Blue Ridge parkway. Close to breweries and wineries. Lewis Gale and Carilion hospitals within 20 minutes. Amtrak, Roanoke airport, Hollins and Roanoke college nearby. Close to golf courses and Botetourt sports complex. Entire Country Cottage guesthouse / Very Private

Gloriously private without feeling secluded, this charming guesthouse was totally updated in 2019. Enjoy the peace and quiet. Go for a walk or bike ride on the 28 plus acres or pretty rural lanes. 2.5 miles away is Lake Robertson for activities . Sit on the porch too! On a snowy night, enjoy the wd-burning fireplace . (We will often leave fireplace prepared to light. Gas heating also). Get cozy with the full kitchen, washer/dryer, games and books. DirecTv in the living room and bedroom. too!

This is a Private Guesthouse, "The Cottage at Oakwood." Two(2) bedrooms: 1. Main Bedroom: queen-size mattress new Memory Foam 2. Living room: queen-size sofa/ hideaway bed. NO SMOKING!!$100 CLEANING FEE The cottage is on the left side of the Manor House. ***We gladly accept pets. We request a FEE OF $10/ NIGHT FOR EACH PET. Airbnb does have a place for adding this nominal fee. Just leave it on the TV Desk. Please put your pet in a crate when leaving the cottage. No pets on the furniture.

Enjoy the breathtaking beauty at this peaceful apartment. Close to historic Lexington Va (15 minutes), the Virginia horse center (20 minutes), Natural Bridge State Park (5 minutes), and not too far from Roanoke. Easily found 10 minutes off I 81 and close to Hwy 11. We welcome pets! Please note your pet in reservation. (Insurance will not allow us to host certain breeds such as German Shepherds, Rottweilers, and Pitt Bulls.) **Please be sure to read the house manual and check in instructions.

Make memories visiting the local breweries or wineries, see caves at Natural Bridge, or any number of adventures! Rappelling into a cave, go trail riding, see parts of the Blue Ridge Parkway, go fishing, dog friendly - do everything or nothing!

Features: hot tub, outdoor dining area, small kitchenette amenities, and smart-tv w/firestick (must use your hotspot to stream). 10 min to BR Parkway, Peaks of Otter, and Claytor Nature Center. Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign). ***If booking in winter months, keep in mind the wind tends to be heavy, depending on weather.***

Little Gallery House Near Natural Bridge

The Little Gallery House, near Natural Bridge, is part of an old Civilian Conservation Corps Camp, then juvenile detention center, now a campground and artist community, called Thunder BRidge. There are 100 acres to explore, bordering the Jefferson National Forest, with hiking trails and just 2 miles from the James River. This would be an ideal place for family to meet if some of you want to camp and others would like a real house. There is a queen bed and a day bed.

Pine Ridge Cabin

Come visit this beautiful cabin nestled in the heart of Craig county VA. This cabin sits on 7 acres of land that back-ups to National Forest. A great space to come relax, slow down and enjoy some beautiful mountain views. This cabin is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the town of New Castle, and about 30 minutes from the VA Triple Crown hiking loop. Public access to Craig's creek about 5 minutes from this location.

The Little Brick Cottage

The Little Brick Cottage is in a great location, just minutes off I-81, close to Roanoke, Salem, Carvins Cove, and the Appalachian Trail. We offer a large but cozy space for you and your loved ones. The home is 8.5 miles from downtown Roanoke; 2 miles from the Appalachian Trail; 4 miles from Carvins Cove; 7 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway; and 18 miles from Buchanan with access to the James River.
