Modern duplex with amazing view w/ private terrace

The duplex is on the 5th floor and has one of the best views of Istanbul. Even though you will be in the city centre, it is very quiet and calm; a great place to relax and watch the spectacular view of this ancient city, birds, sunrise and sunset form the East and West facing balconies. There are a total of 3 levels; 1st level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2nd level has a living and kitchen area with 2 balconies and the 3rd level has a large private terrace.

Historical Gem with Private Balcony & Galata Tower

This is a 158-year-old apartment in the historical Urgliavich Building with the closest and widest view of Galata Tower. The building was renovated in 2012 and today it is redecorated. There are lots of and various historical/new restaurants, cafes, bars, and local shops in and around the Galata Tower Square.
