L'immobile si trova nella zona più bella di Bosa, al secondo piano, gode della meravigliosa vista del ponte vecchio sul fiume Temo, luminosissimo e vicino a tutta la zona del centro storico. This cosy studio apartment is on the first floor of a charming town-house in the medieval 'Centro Storico' of Bosa, on the west coast of Sardinia. It's centrally located, conveniently close to bars, restaurants, shops, pretty riverside walks and Bosa Marina with its award-winning beach. The apartment is finished to a high standard, featuring a captivating arched ceiling in the period style. It has a modern ensuite bathroom, a cute kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the cobbled high street.

(IT095079C2000S1140) Fronte e vista mare a 180 gradi. L'appartamento è luminoso, spazioso, curato, fresco. Il mare fa sempre compagnia in tutte le camere da cui apprezzerete la brezza marina, il suono delle onde, splendidi tramonti ad ovest, la Luna sul mare, cieli stellati. Ricca libreria, angolo musica, amaca , divano e poltrone per il relax. Non c'è ascensore, ma le scale si fanno comodamente. L'acqua è potabile, ma io ho inserito un depuratore Disponibilità wifi. Gli animali sono graditi.

Domus de Gian: relax e tramonti

Questo non è un appartamento pensato per essere affittato. L'ho da poco ristrutturato in stile contemporaneo per potermi riservare con mia moglie alcune fughe dalla routine nella nostra amata Porto Alabe. Al contempo, sono orgoglioso di condividere quella meravigliosa vista tramonto con le persone che, come me, amano quella leggera sensazione di libertà e stupore. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, in modo che non dobbiate pensare a cosa portarvi dietro, ma solo a godervi il relax.

Appartamento terrazza vista mare (IUN P3235)

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie (con bambini di almeno 10 anni). E' un appartamento situato al 1° piano con vista sulla spiaggia di Porto Alabe, nella costa occidentale della Sardegna a 7 km da Bosa. La casa è dotata di due camere da letto, soggiorno/cucina, bagno e una terrazza. Il parcheggio sulla strada è sempre disponibile. Il posto è abbastanza tranquillo e silenzioso. Dista 50 km circa da Alghero. Sarebbe opportuno arrivarci in auto o moto.

Nel nido dei rapaci

Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

DomuMalaspina si trova in pieno centro storico di Bosa, denominato Sa Costa, ai piedi del castello Malaspina La struttura comprende 2 camere da letto, di cui una matrimoniale con servizio privato, e una doppia, zona pranzo e cucina con utensili, frigorifero, forno e macchina caffè, due servizi, uno al piano primo compreso di lavatrice, e l’altro al piano terra scavato interamente nella roccia, arricchito con un placcaggio di Cerasarda, interamente Made in Sardegna!

It is perfectly located in the town centre of Bosa, very close to amenities as well as shops, bar and restaurant and the local market. The beautiful terrace shared with two other units is equipped to enjoy the suggestion of the beautiful view over the rooftops. New and very central.

Casa Luna, ancient hamlet + cozy terrace + 2 bikes

The house is a 375 years old building that has been just recently completely restored. It is located in the historical center of Bosa, 200m from Piazza Carmine, where you can park your car. It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
