The Artist's Loft

Welcome to The Artist’s Loft! This unique stay at the historic Bradshaw Lofts downtown Stratford features a fully functional kitchen, ensuite laundry, large bathroom, a cozy bedroom, and a living space for relaxing, dining or working. All of this is contained by the historic elements the building has - natural timber, exposed brick walls and high ceilings. Run by a local artist and counsellor, we are committed to sharing the beautiful town that we have fallen in love with, with a personal touch.

Modern and private guest suite

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Loft on Downie - Downtown Stratford

Located on the top floor, with a view of downtown, our 450 square foot condo is steps away from the heart of downtown Stratford and all it has to offer including cozy coffee shops, elegant restaurants, the Avon Theatre, close to the famous Stratford festival, and other shops for all to enjoy. Perfect for a couple’s getaway or to enjoy as friends travelling together. Our condo offers all the essentials including a luxurious queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, a 55” smart TV and ensuite laundry.

The Avon Festival Get-Away

We take pride in ensuring our place is clean, polished and comfortable. A 16 min walk to the Festival Theatre on Queen St. It is a pretty walk along the arboretum and Avon River. We have a well equipped kitchenette, and a high end Kreuig for your tea, coffee, and chai latte needs, all free of charge - also has a cold brew feature! Our basement suite is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The suite has free parking and a private entrance.

Private Studio Suite - lots of extras

Beautifully furnished, efficiency Studio Suite located in the lower level of our home & situated on the banks of the Thames River. The suite is open concept - there is not a separate bedroom. The Carriage House Suites - the South Suite

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. The suites are a short twenty minute drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. There are two suites available, the South Suite and the North Suite. The suites are listed separately.

Indulge in our historic yet rejuvenating private apartment suite nestled in one of Stratford's oldest homes. Welcome to The Downtown Flat on Margaret! This cozy 1-bed, 1-bath apartment is small but mighty. Situated in the heart of downtown, you’ll be just a walk away from everything you need. Centrally located to the VIA Rail train station, LRT, the Aud, Centre in the Square, and the many shops and restaurants of Kitchener. Fully equipped kitchen, modern design, smart TV, in-suite laundry, a workspace, and air conditioning. A perfect home away from home for both short and long term stays.

Leave the city behind and come enjoy some country vibes. Just 5 minutes from london (masonville/8 minutes to University hospital) you will find yourself deep in rural life. Set on a 25 acre horse farm this upstairs unit offers a great place to get away and enjoy the rural lifestyle. With a separate entrance, spacious bedroom and even more spacious living space. Comfy couch and two new comfy beds. Beautiful views from all the windows. The unit is private but is in a very quiet home.
