Sergi and everyone we talked to were so helpful and kind. Always answered questions quickly. There were lots of rooms and plenty of space for our large group. We were very comfortable. It was a bit cold at first but Sergi worked quickly to remedy that for us. The only thing I did not realize was that some of the rooms and large kitchen could not be accessed by an indoor stairwell. We had to go outside to the kitchen and some of the bedrooms and it was snowing (it was beautiful) Not a huge issue unless you have elderly people or anyone who can’t handle stairs. There are a lot of stairs.

السكن رائع ونظيف جداً جداً وكما هو موجود بالصوره كان موجود بالحقيقه الماء دافئ والسكن دافئ وصاحب السكن سريع الاجابه وتم تلبية جميع احتياجاتنا والموقع قريب من التزلج والسنتر والبقالات والمطاعم اود ان اشكر صاحب السكن لسرعة استجابته لي عند وصولي كان الماء متجمد من شدة برودة الطقس وتم التواصل معاه عن طريق الواتساب وتم ارسال لي شخص محترم جداً وتم وضع انبوب ماء ساخن وتم اعادة لي الماء بسرعه شكراً جزيلاً لكم سوف اكرر العوده للسكن مره اخرى في نفس اخرى .

Удобное расположение. В доме есть все , что необходимо и даже больше. Удобный дворик с ярким освящением, который придает особый вид дому. Для любителей шашлыков во дворе есть каменный мангал. Хозяева очень отзывчивые и всегда на связи, спасибо .

Maia's house was perfect for us. It is close to ski areas. There is a bus stop to Didveli gondola a few minutes walk away. Driving is also easy. The best part is that there is hill for sledding just across the street. The house is kept warm. The beds are good enough for us. We would certainly recommend the place to our friends.

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

Мы приехали к Натии всего на один день, и нам все очень понравилось! Жильё очень аккуратное, чистое, уютное - точно то, что я выбрала по фотографии. Очень уютный дворик, балкон и чудесный вид на горы! Наша поездка в Боржоми была короткой, поэтому мы валились от впечатлений и усталости, но хозяева были супер-гостеприимные, жаль, что у нас не хватило времени пообщаться - в следующий раз точно будем закладывать несколько дней на путешествие 😊 Нам рассказали куда можно сходить, как добраться, порекомендовали заведения рядом : в общем, это замечательные люди! В доме тоже есть все необходимое : чайник, плита, холодильник, фен, вся кухонная утварь, дополнительные пледы, отопление, горячая вода, интернет, одноразовые тапочки. Спасибо большое за тёплый прием, очень советую это место!

Easy check in. Although Guga was not at home, he helped us all the time and his father was available if we needed something. The appartement is really nice with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. What I liked the most is the balcony with view over Borjomi.

We had an amazing stay in Bakuriani. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much to Sandro for all the hospitality and guidance. We will definitely come back.

Очень чистый домик. Было место для барбекю. Близко к центру города. Все необходимое для проживания.
