Welcome to "The Bristol Royale" and thank you for your interest in our property. We have spent the past few months carefully decorating and updating this beautiful place. We offer fast Wi-Fi, 3 big screen Roku TV's , coffee bar, King suite, 2 queen bedrooms, one bedroom that sleeps 4 and one private bedroom downstairs. You can enjoy playing pool, ping pong, cornhole and an assortment of other games plus relax in the hot tub and read a book at the fire pit table. Fire up the Blackstone too.

Welcome to a piece of paradise out in the country! The entire downstairs is yours to enjoy. Guests have separate entrance and completely private backyard. The apartment is completely self-contained and there are 2 acres of woodland going to a small waterfall that the patio overlook. Private and peaceful with healing properties are often the terms used by guests to describe the farm. Come and see for yourself! Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
