Our place is a cozy and bright garage apartment. It has one bedroom, living room with sleeper sofa, a full bath with tub and fully equipped kitchen. Welcome to Charleston! You'll enjoy a totally separate wing of our house with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. We're in a wonderful, safe neighborhood, 5 min from the beach by car. A 15 min walk gets you to restaurants, grocery stores and a mall. Sunset cruises, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and bike rentals are a 15 min drive away. A 20 min drive gets you to historic downtown Charleston. PLEASE NO SMOKING, PETS, OR PARTIES ON THE PROPERTY.
