Hominy Trail Haven- Guest Suite with Kitchenette

Our lower level retreat is situated on a quiet, wooded lot & offers easy access to downtown, colleges, I-70, and Hwy 63. A neighborhood park & trailhead to the Hominy Creek trail are nearby (part of CoMo’s excellent trail system). Basement incl. family room, kitchenette (fridge & microwave), two bedrooms, & full bath. King-sized air mattress also available. Backyard features an outdoor table & swing. No pets or smoking are allowed. Please note that house is on a hill, so the driveway is sloped.

Rustic Getaway

The unit is in a rustic country setting on a dead end gravel road. Although it feels as though you are far away from everything, you are only 7 miles from the University of Missouri, and we provide free transportation to and from all weekend sporting events on campus, including football games. We are very close to the hiking and nature trails, the Missouri River, and the local winery. Our setting is unique and creates the sense that you have truly gotten away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Lakeside Cottage Guest Suite

Huge guest suite with beautiful lake views centrally located close to MU, the MKT trail, and just about everything else Columbia has to offer! Enjoy the outdoors via the dock, fire pit area, screened in porch and hammocks. This private guest suite is the entire lower level and offers a large great room with full kitchen and two large bedrooms. Fairway Suite is close to the city center, parks, and art and culture. It is a place that is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The neighborhood is built around The Columbia Country Club, Columbia's "original club", and boasts at least one historic home. With Stephens Lake Park and Stephens College Stables in close proximity, not to mention downtown Columbia, there is great convenience to many options for leisure and relaxation, shopping, or medical community.

This 2 bedroom guest suite (pet-friendly with prior approval) with private off street parking and entrance is available for weekly or monthly use as well as shorter stays. We are 15 minutes from MU campus and downtown. Kitchen is fully furnished with appliances, dishes, and cookware, including a free washer and dryer for your use. Wifi is included, but there is no TV. Full bathroom. Heat and A/C controls in unit. This would be ideal for a short term stay while in the Columbia area.
