Stayed here with a couple of friends during the Unbound Book Festival. We were all really impressed! Great location (easy walk to downtown Columbia, and the proximity to Stephens Lake Park is a plus). Charming old house with patio space. Easy street parking. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and well apportioned apartment, exactly what I wanted for a 4 night business trip. The place is convenient, comfortable, quiet, and fully stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. The host is quite friendly and responsive, obviously takes pride in caring for the property and guests. I had one question otherwise would not have seen or heard from him as all instructions are accurate and easy. This beats all the local hotels by a wide margin. I expect to book again on future trips.

Everything you need is here. Plenty of space, parking, and a nice yard. Beautiful house. Will definitely recommend to others going to CoMo.

The home is amazing - we had a wonderful time here and enjoyed all the amenities and the views. We celebrated our twin girls’ birthday and it couldn’t have been more pleasant the way the downstairs is laid out is — it’s very open and airy and the views from the back sun areas are really breathtaking. Also it was fun to watch a movie with the theatre style seating. The hosts were also extremely responsive and easy to reach for any questions we had. Any time we are in Columbia, we would love to stay here again. It’s definitely five stars!

My husband, two dogs and I stayed here over Easter weekend. The space was perfect for our needs, plenty of space for us and our pups to spread out. The location was just a little outside of town, but close enough to get downtown in less than 15 mins. We were in town for a show at a blue Notw, but managed to try two new places we’d recommend— Goldie’s bagels and Endwell Taverna— both very good! The only negative is as totally out of anyone’s control— the terrible rainy weather prevented us from using the backyard much— guess we will have to come back when it’s sunny!

Super cute, historic setting, clean! Sheets on bed spotless also comfy! Very clean!

We stayed at Patrick and Teresa’s place for a wedding and it was perfect! It was conveniently located not too close to downtown but close enough that driving and walking are possible. It was right by where I lived in college so I knew the neighborhood well and felt very comfortable and safe staying at their house. Patrick and Teresa were wonderful to work with and made the whole process easy and smooth.

Great space for our family visiting Mizzou for a weekend. Close to campus but was very quiet from street noise at night. We will be back!

Stayed overnight as part of a cross country trip. Great location and a great fenced in yard for our dog. We would definitely stay here again!
