La casa di Dogliani, tra vigna, nocciole e bosco, con vista su Dogliani Castello, è un luogo di tranquillità, serenità e recupero energie. Si può stare isolati o, in pochi minuti, raggiungere Monforte, Barolo o La Morra. Si possono incontrare sul terreno intorno a noi cerbiatti o lepri....ma, attenzione..scappano subito se facciamo rumore! Si può dormire nel silenzio interrotto solo dai grilli o leggere uno dei tanti libri delle librerie. In poche parole, si può godere la natura intorno a noi.

La casa è situata in centro città, a 200 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus e a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pedonale, ma offre alla stesso tempo una grandissima tranquillità, grazie alla sua posizione in una strada privata. A vostra disposizione c’è un intero appartamento mansardato, situato all’ultimo piano, e un ampio giardino con piscina e laghetto. La posizione è ideale anche per partire alla scoperta delle colline e dei borghi di Langhe, Roero e Monferrato.

Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione completa l'intera villa che è disposta su due piani . Al piano superiore si trovano la camera patronale con terrazzino privato ed una vista mare mozzafiato, il suo bagno ed una zona relax con divano e l'accesso diretto ad una splendida terrazza con tettoia ombreggiante. Al Piano inferiore troviamo la seconda camera da letto con il suo bagno con doccia. Al piano terra si trovano anche la sala con il grande divano, la sala da pranzo e la cucina accessoriata.

Casa Danoi-Villa 60's renoveted in private Park

Welcome in our life's project. An attic with 3 cozy rooms completely renovated and with original 60's bathrooms style. The park will guarantee you relax and peace. A "summer kitchen" (from june to september) and a porch that used for lunch/dinner. We live on the ground floor, but the entrance is indipendent. We are in the mid of Cuneo, half an hour from the mountains, 15 min. from the Langhe, and 50 min. from the sea. For less than 6 people contact us if you want whole house.

Struttura indipendente con ampio giardino, parcheggio interno, cucina , aria condizionata, WiFi , TV sat, vasca idromassaggio Beauty Luxury (la vasca è un servizio extra a pagamento per i giorni di utilizzo(20E), disponibile fino a fine settembre e riutilizzabile da inizio aprile). Adatta per un week-end romantico o una base per visitare le Langhe e il Roero.
