Cozy life on the lake.

This sweet little condo on the lake has been remodeled to feature nice clean lines and custom finish. Enjoy Lake Pend Oreille and marina views from the living room, kitchen and of course the porch. The town of Sandpoint is only a few blocks away so enjoy the short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and our famous city beach. Bring your kayak or SUP and launch out the back door. Winter time here is all about Schweitzer and its an easy drive to the mountain-11 miles.

This cozy 2 story townhouse sleeps 6 and has been completely updated with new carpet, paint and all new furnishings. It includes; a fully functioning kitchen. Separate dining area, A covered veranda includes outdoor seating. and coffee table. Living room offers all new furniture including a couch, queen memory foam sleeper sofa and 50" flat screen TV with wi-fi. A half bath is on the main floor. The two bedrooms are upstairs with individual full size bathrooms with necessities.

On sunny days, You can walk to the park, the river, and City Beach is a short bike ride away. Take a hike at Pine Street Woods, then you can relax on the large back deck and watch the sun go down. Or, end your day at Arlo's Ristorante, with a nice glass of wine and the best pasta in town.
