Public beach & boat launch <1 mile away. Walk to the Tyee coffee shop or historic Leonard Paul Store. Ride from the house to many miles of trails on your ATV/snowmobiles. An artist studio conversion replete with stained-glass windows from a local church, Chapel by the Pier, as its name suggests, is down the street from Third Street Pier, a South Sandpoint swimming hole and kayak launch. It's also within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, making it ideal for strolling (or riding one of the two provided bicycles) to restaurants, bars and boutiques. You won't find another spot as central or with as much character. Plus, furnishings and appliances are new!

The Little Gem

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Walk to Historic downtown Sandpoint and city beach. Enjoy a backyard bonfire in the summer or drive the 9 mile stretch to ski Schweitzer mountain in the winter. Private apartment in Log home on wooded wonderland

We have a 2 bedroom apartment available in a large log home that is split into 2 units. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Access to the master is through the room with the kitchennete and bunk bed. The private entrance is via the deck where you can come and go as you please. The house is 7 minutes outside of Sandpoint and 10 min from the base of Schweitzer mountain and park and ride lot. The property is forested and is also home to a few friendly dogs
