Explore nearby attractions like Barefoot Beach, Lover's Key State Park, shops, and boat rentals. Pools are open! Please note, due to Hurricane Ian/Milton, tennis courts are currently unavailable.

Your will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located villa. Our villa is fully upgraded. Has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a great variety of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. We do not offer snorkeling gear.

Come and enjoy the sunsets from our private balcony. Amenities such as shared pools and private balcony are all open and available for use to relax & unwind while listening to the soothing sounds of waves.

Due to hurricane Ian, fencing and tennis courts are under repair. Pools are open. 2 of 4 entrances are open. Studio condo across the street from Bonita Beach. 3rd floor unit offering partial views of the gulf. Being able to walk to the beach (2 mins) and 2 restaurants while centrally located between Ft. Myers and Naples makes this a great location. Local bike rental shops offer delivery of bicycles. Bonita beach offers jet ski, paddle board and catamaran rental. Parking is free

Please be aware some construction is going on in the entire area due to hurricane Ian impact, including our complex. Noise is minimal but might be disturbing to some. Must have at least 1 positive review and be over 25 to rent from us.
