You can step right outside the front door onto Main St. The apartment itself has just been newly furnished, and the kitchen is new. The large windows, and wooden beams throughout retain the historic feel of this old building and give it it's charm. This unit has central A/C & New Washer/Dryer.

Steps to Sugarbush Mountain in Warren, Vermont. This a one bedroom, one bath condo located in Center Village on Sugarbush Mountain. Pull out sofa is also available in the main living room. Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking & hiking. Condo is walking distance to chairlift. Short drive to Warren Falls, Mad River Glen, Mount Ellen and many delicious restaurants. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

Or check out Waterbury (our favorite) about 15 minutes away!

The Notchbrook Nook is nestled at the top of Notchbrook road in a group of condos that overlook beautiful views and is only minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort. The pool is open for summer months until Labor Day & reopens in late November for ski season. The Matterhorn restaurant sits at the bottom of the road and is a must experience Aprés spot. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.
