Surfer’s Perch, rustic cabin overlooking the ocean

A unique and tranquil getaway on the Bolinas mesa overlooking the Pacific ocean. Our 1940's small hand-built cabin is located one house in from the end of a dirt road, and the builder's family still calls it home. A rustic and cozy place with everything you need, a launchpad for you to connect with nature & a gorgeous view to Stinson Beach. Enjoy watching the wildlife: deer, raccoons, quail & many birds that enjoy the yard right outside the window and follow the rhythm of the rising sun & moon.

Bolinas Costal Cottage

A sweet little blue cottage by the sea, our guest house is a stand-alone studio with a shared garden about 200 ft from the main beach in Bolinas. You can put your wetsuit on in the house, pop down to the beach for a surf, and shower off in the outdoor shower in the garden. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, big screen tv, hi-speed internet, and a wood-burning stove. We live on the property with our young children and dog so are nearby in case you need anything you need during your stay.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Our cottage is a haven of tranquility just a few steps from family-friendly Stinson Beach and a 5-minute walk to town. Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family.
