Hyde Park Posh: Newly-built 2BR North End House

It's hard to find a modern home to stay in the North End but look no further. Construction completed Spring '24 with three floors to relax and entertain. Sit by the fireplace and watch HDTV or get some work done in the office and look out at the mountains. The kitchen is a chef's delight with stainless steel appliances and wifi-enabled speakers stream your favorite music on every floor. Relax and watch the big game on a 65" Sony TV in the garage or ride supplied cruiser bikes to the park...

Floyd's is a lovely no-frills duplex, essentials only, getaway a few blocks away from Downtown Boise. Walk/ride to restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, or to the famous Fancy Freez diner across the road. The home offers modern furnishings, fast wifi, a smart TV with access to your favorite entertainment apps, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen! The Boise River Greenbelt & the Ridge to River Trail system are both a short distance away offering miles of walking and biking paths!

This home is a mid-century brick home at the end of a quiet dead-end street that is by the historical Boise Depot. Our home is completely remodeled and feels like a luxury suite. Enjoy all new high-end amenities throughout and rest in comfort knowing that we live in the neighborhood and can assist quickly if necessary.

The Warren: Beautiful 5 bedroom home

This beautiful, custom built home was finished in Fall 2021. At 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms this home is a modern masterpiece that your group will love. The statement piece is a black marble staircase in front of floor to ceiling windows for incredible natural light. The kitchen and dining room are perfect for entertaining. With outdoor dining and an 8 person hot tub you and your guests will enjoy a stay of relaxed luxury. We don't allow parties.

Cozy Cottage 2BR -Fenced Yard - centrally located

Keep it simple at this peaceful and well-located 2 bedroom home. The neighborhood feels rural and quiet, yet you are a 5 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown! The yards in both the front and back are available for you. Sometimes I will be on the property for lawn maintenance or gardening in the yards. My house is pet friendly and a $20 per pet pet fee does apply.
