Lovely cottage enjoy amazing sunsets from the back porch with first floor eat in kitchen- full refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee bar and grill. The living room features a comfy sofa and chair for reading with queen sofa bed and tv, 1st floor full bath walk in shower. 2nd floor has a lofted ceiling with a queen bed, vanity, tv, desk and chair. Come to the “back 40” of the farm to relax and rejuvenate! Experience some of the area’s best views on the walk around the perimeter of the farm on a 1.8 mile marked trail! Rest on the deck with a cup of coffee and watch for wildlife or soak in the private hot tub at night and watch the stars!

A perfect place to get away from the stresses of life to relax and unwind . You Can have a seat on the large porch overlooking the Conodoguinet creek and enjoy watching nature , watch your kids playing and splashing in the creek , make dinner with the BBQ grill on the back patio or be just plain lazy ! There is no tv at this place , our goal is to have our guests enjoy nature and in this way be refreshed and ready to go back to work.
