Cheerful room in beautiful house

Beautiful room on the first floor of a house. Bathroom is on the ground floor. It is equipped very beautiful partly with ancient furniture. With two separated single beds (100x200cm and 90x200cm) and an extra fold-bed if needed. Timber floor, under-floor heating. It is a beautiful villa from the 1930's with large garden. Very calm. Laundry service after arrangement possible. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Mc Donald's is only 2 min away by walk. The landlady speaks also English, French, Spanish, Italian. To the exibition by underground in 20 minutes or a 35 minute walk, to city center by underground in round 20 minutes. Our two dogs Willy and Beppo also live in the house.

Room for family and friends. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s privacy for everyone. Beautifully set between Lake Wörthsee and Lake Ammersee. Munich is easy to reach. The lake is very close by. Two stand-up paddleboards are available. Two large terraces. Outdoor fireplace. Lovely, cozy tiled stove. Great zip line. Garden. A paradise for young and old alike. Sauna, well equipped gym. Modern gas grill with gas provided. Big TV, Nintendo Wii and an awesome sound system are available.

The connection to Munich is perfect: the S-Bahn train takes you directly to Stachus in just 19 minutes, with trains running every 20 minutes.

Dusche und WC gibt es im 1.Stock. Ein 2. WC befindet sich im EG. Die Küche ist im EG, wie auch das Wohnzimmer mit TV und Zugang zur Terrasse zum Garten. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Haus. U-Bahn erreichbar in ca 9 Min. zu Fuß. Ein Wohlfühlort. Angeboten werden nur die beschriebenen Räume, alle anderen nicht.
