Interior is classical Scandinavian design with white birch walls and high spacious ceilings. Wifi 500/500, washing machine. Watch the Northern Lights over the lake. Ski/skate/bike/kayak rental. Souterrängvilla med egen grillplats och nära till centrum. Familjevänligt område med närhet till lekpark, cykelvägar och dubbel carport. Altan, uterum, veranda och stor gräsmatta som välkomnar lek och stoj. Solbäddar och matplats finns på verandan och fantastisk utsikt från både hus och utemiljöer. Möjlighet att få tillgång till tvättstuga. Vi har låsta garderober men tillgång finns till flera byråer. Två stora badrum, ett med badkar, ett med dusch och bastu. Wifi och smartTv finns tillgängligt.

Fint boende för vuxna, kom mitt i veckan för att uppleva omgivningen, fira något kul, överraska vännen med kultur, äventyr eller friluftsdagar. Ladda batterierna med lugn och ro, genom att slappna av i detta unika och sköna boende på landet, nära till städer både vid kust och inland. Upplev våra vackra och fina årstider, frilufsa, ströva i skog och mark, åk skidor längs med isen på Luleå älv. Sitt vid eldstad och värm dig, njut av det Norrbottniska ljuset, av stjärnor, månsken och norrsken

Amazing sea views in Luleå cozy house/ cottage

New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

Förtjusande gästhus vid havet

Slappna av och mys i detta lugna och välplanerade boende vid havet. Gästhuset är en separat byggnad på ägarens tomt med självhushåll. Här bor du mitt i naturen samtidigt som du når Piteå centrum på 18 minuter med bil. Till E4:an har du endast 4 km och ca 25 minuter till Luleå. Bil rekommenderas. Här kan du ta skogspromenader, göra upp eld vid grillplatsen, plocka bär, åka skidor och skridskor under vinterhalvåret. Här ser man också norrsken ganska ofta! En idyll året runt!

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Njut av härlig natur runt husknuten. Ta ett dopp från bryggan, tänd den vedeldade bastun vid sjökanten. Ro en tur med båten. Laga mat över öppen eld. Besök havsbad, mysigt sommarkafé eller gårdsbutik i närheten under sommartid. Vintertid finns hundspann inte långt ifrån huset. Besök den fina isbanan som sträcker sig mellan södra och norra hamn inne i Luleå. Är du kanske en av de lyckliga som får uppleva det magiska norrskenet?

Cozy appartment with own entrance, 80 m2, on the countryside, 20 minutes from central Luleå and from Kallax Airport. Modern kitchen with table for 6 person, big bathroom with shower cabin, 2 bedrooms with 4 sleeping places, living room with TV, bed sofa and small desk. Laundry room with washing maching and tumbler. Outside deck with possibility to eat outside in summer, access to traditional barbecue hut all year around. 2 parking places with access to engine heater.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. Enjoy fantastic nature,sea,northern lights, walk on the ice without disturbing lights from the city. Sauna or why not a bath. About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Remember that you are renting our home, we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived❤️ For questions you are welcome to contact us. Välkommen till ett trevligt och ombonat gårdshus med centralt läge – nära till stadens utbud men ändå beläget i ett lugnt och rofyllt kvarter. Vi som värdfamilj bor i huvudbyggnaden på samma tomt och vistas ofta ute på gården. En snäll hund rör sig också fritt på tomten. Vi finns gärna till hands om ni har frågor eller önskemål.
