L'appartamento si trova in Capo Santachiara a cavallo tra due antichi borghi di pescatori, Vernazzola e Boccadasse. La strada di accesso è solo pedonale. Circa 80 metri a piedi per raggiungere l'appartamento dalla strada carrabile. E' situato in una vecchia dimora marinara, ristrutturata con raffinatezza.
