Great Delray cottage! I recently spent 5 nights at this property with my family. We were permitted early check in. Everything was spotless and looked just like the photos , if not nicer! Once we settled in we realized that there were some items included in the listing that were not provided like wine glasses and beach towels. I messaged Andy and he came early the next morning with the items I mentioned AND MORE! Everything was brand new! We joked that it was like Christmas morning. The property is super comfortable and walkable. I will definitely stay here again!

The space was perfect for our visit. The outdoor area was super nice and relaxing. Paul was very responsive throughout our stay and to our specific requests. Will definitely be back as we visit our daughter in college.

This is the fifth time I've stayed here, and every time is a delight. Great hosts, great location, easy in every way. I'll be back next year!

The stay was amazing. I wish we had chosen to stay more days. I showed this place and our pictures to friends and they want to come back with me. The pool had some plants/bugs in it when we arrived nothing crazy just typical florida things but the very next day a Pool cleaner showed up. It made our stay perfect since the only reason we had to go out was to go to the beach but once the pool was nice and clean combined with the hot tub (which was perfect) we had no reason to want to go anywhere. The decor of the home is super cute and everything was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back! Also so many restaurants, activities, and the beach are just a $10 Uber ride away!

We will definitely be back here! Beautiful cottage, within a pretty neighborhood to walk your pups in or walk 20 min to restaurants and shops. Beach is a quick drive. The house itself was equipped with so much! We had a great time grilling, playing ping pong, corn hole, and our dog loved the fenced in back yard

We are big fans of the Island’s Casita! It was totally perfect and had features we didn’t realize. There is a room - that is accessible for their other 2(?) airbnbs - with a treadmill, washer & dryer, games, sunscreen and more. The outdoor area is great with a dining table, Adirondack chairs and the hot tub we didn’t use. It was close to the beach - and the Deerfield Aquatic center, which is important to us. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely week in West Palm Beach, staying at the Magical Marina Cottage. Communication from Katiuska was top notch. The porch is a fabulous asset of this property — great for reading, working, sipping coffee, whatever you choose. It was nice to be able to do laundry and having available beach gear was also great. The house is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The dedicated parking space in the gated front yard is also a major plus. We were pleased with our choice to stay here.

This is a beautiful property in a very nice part of town. My wife and I were in Miami for the weekend to attend a wedding and this was the perfect home base - clean, quiet, safe. Has a lot of amenities and any equipment you could think you need. Will stay again!

So Much Charm!!! I loved my stay at this adorable cottage filled with so much character (the flamingo decor was such a cute touch)! The place was super clean and very cozy and located in a safe friendly neighborhood! I felt like I was at my own beachside retreat! The backyard is one of its best features… -pure relaxation and a pet’s paradise! The hosts were welcoming and accommodating in every way!

This was the perfect Little Gem in a quiet neighborhood for our one night stop over, very close to restaurants and theater.. Thank you again Eva for hosting us, we will defn be back 😊

The description of this property is spot on. It is an oasis in the middle of Delray. We felt like we were in a very private setting steps away to great restaurants and shops. Accommodations were excellent. Outdoor area was outstanding (pool, etc). Desiree is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

From reservation, to check-in to check out Nadine was awesome and responsive. The property was exactly as described. It felt homey and had everything we needed. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room, quiet neighborhood and the back porch overlooking the canal was peaceful and beautiful. Added bonus, we loved being able to bring our small dog Yoshi. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a future visit. Nadine was a superhost. We give our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Very spacious and enough amenities to comfortably support 6 people. Great location for FLL, Las Olas, or the Hard Rock Casino. Pool is fantastic. Definitely a steal compared to other listings in the area.

We travel to Florida every year to visit family and we always stay in a vacation rental. April and Tony’s place is by far the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. It’s clean, beautiful, comfortable and we felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again. They obviously take pride in their home and making sure their renters feel comfortable. Das Airbnb von Toni liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, sicheren Umgebung und ist von viel Grün umringt. Das Einchecken war sehr einfach und schnell. Die Räume sind alle sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht um sich ein leckeres Essen zuzubereiten. Über den Willkommensgruß haben wir uns sehr gefreut, auch über das Obst. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, deswegen haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Das Bad war mit vielen Handtüchern ausgestattet. An allen Fenstern gab es Gage, so hatten wir auch keine lästigen Mücken im Haus. Bei Fragen bekamen wir eine schnelle Antwort. Dieses Airbnb kann man 100% weiterempfehlen und wir würden hier jederzeit gerne wieder übernachten. Vielen Dank.

We live bed the comfort of the home it was perfect for what we needed vs hotel. We could actually relax both outside the house or inside. It was nice to watch neighbors walking with their dogs. I certainly enjoyed the easiness going back and forth to our PGN club for Tennis, golfing and working out. We definitely will rent again from Brandon.

Enjoyed our SECOND visit. Good access to WPB, Nationals ballpark, restaurants, beaches. Comfortable and private house with a nice yard to enjoy the sun.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect retreat for our weekend getaway. The amenities were exceptional—everything from the well-stocked essentials. We especially appreciated the complimentary bikes, which made our rides to the beach so enjoyable, as well as the beach passes that were a great add on! The hosts were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early ,which added to the flexibility and ease of our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-appointed place with fantastic hospitality, this cottage is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful cottage style home in a nice neighborhood close to everything. Place was spotless and Marcus was very accessible if we needed him. I would highly recommend this host. We will be back.
