Therese and Jim were awesome hosts and their property was amazing. Everything was as expected and our time there was awesome. Highly recommend this for any large group.

Emily was a great host. She responded to questions and concerns right away! The house and yard was beautiful and the hot tub was crystal clear. The house being right by the falls was nice and not far from blue moutian was amazing! The only down fall was issues with the hot water but Emily tried actively to get the proproblem resresolved even on a Holiday! Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay. Quiet, relaxing, grounding. Perfect for a couple to get away with their puppy. Nice that we can include him and relax

Thank you so much Jamie for such a comfortable stay. It was the perfect option for us to spend time with our family down the road while still having space for ourselves. The house was really comfortable and well stocked with kitchen and pantry items to make our stay easy. The hot tub was fantastic, even in -13C weather. Also the use of the washer and dryer was convenient during our week long stay. Jamie was very responsive to any queries that we had and we’d thoroughly recommend staying here. Watching the snow fall through the trees was magical.

Our group of 5 women had an absolutely wonderful winter getaway! We adored the cozy yet spacious atmosphere, super comfortable beds, pristine cleanliness and responsiveness of the host Noreen. The hot tub and indoor fireplace were the perfect touches to our snowy escape! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful weekend getaway! Could not have asked for a more perfect place for my fiancée and I to spend some peaceful time in nature. Elizabeth and her husband Scott were wonderful friendly hosts, they made us feel right and home and had great stories to share about the area and their beautiful property. The bunk house was the perfect spot along the river nestled in the cedar forest. Enjoyed the trails, the canoe and the fire pit views. Great trip into Goderich where we checked out some antique shops and local stores. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, we hope to see you again!

Lovely Cabin, it was nice to have a weekend off grid and enjoy the nearby trails. Very clean and amazing hosts!

Shelly's place was exactly what we needed for a weekend away! The cabin was warm and cozy when we arrived and the wood burning stove kept us toasty for our whole stay. The bed was super comfortable and we loved exploring the surrounding woods with our dogs. It was so nice to be able to relax and unwind in the quiet woods, and yet be near Goderich to explore the multitude of locally owned shops and restaurants. We're looking forward to returning here in the future!

I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful cabin. Aside from being a beautiful cabin, the cabin was supplied with almost everything one would need. Tracey and her husband were exceptional hosts. We are hoping to go back.

Our family had a great weekend away at the cottage! The place was very private, with beautiful surroundings, and clean. Communication was great, and I liked that Andrea gave us a tour when we arrived. The sunset view was lovely too. I’d love to come back when it’s warmer. Highly recommended!

Excellent location steps from the beach, golf, and restaurants. Yard was well suited for our BBQ with a lot of table space available. The front porch is legendary for taking in the neighbourhood. We had plenty of space inside for guests. Eric has very good instructions available that kept our stay stress free.

Susan was a great, friendly and accommodating host. We felt right at home during our stay. The place was clean and the amenities were great. Perfect place for a “glamping” experience away from the city!

My woman and I had a great stay at this location. When we first arrived we were given the wrong instructions by accident, but it was quickly resolved and we were given a bigger unit to accomodate for the error which was greatly appreciated! Sal made it super easy for us and got us situated. Room was clean and neat and accessing the TV was convenient and easy to follow as well, not to mention wifi as well wasn't slow or anything annoying to deal with. Would visit again and recommend the stay to other visitors passing by!

Our group of 16 had a fantastic time at the cottage, we plan to come back next summer!

We had a lovely weekend celebrating my husband’s 39th birthday. It checked everything on our boxes: private, in nature, amazing views, sunsets and listening to waves at night. It’s so peaceful, truly a magical charming cottage. Thank you for sharing it with us! Hosts do a great job at describing the cottage, so if you don’t like spiders, or walking up/down 70 steps don’t choose this cottage however for us it didn’t bother us at all. We actually enjoyed it and it added to the wonderful feeling of escaping from the city - into your own private retreat, to unwind and enjoy the simple things in life. Thanks again!

I read some bad reviews before I booked. I don't know how anyone found an issue with this place. It's a cabin in a farm beside a river. Very cosy. Very private. Very peaceful. Enough space. Indoor fire, comfy bed, comfy couch, coffee maker, electricity and a toilet. It's exactly what it says on the tin. Even though it rained most of the weekend, it was still great. I managed to light a fire outside the first night. Can't wait to go back again either in the summer or the height of the winter snow. I'm sure both are picturesque. Bernice was easy to communicate with.

Excellent stay in a clean private place It’s walkable to the beach but driving is better if bringing any chairs etc Then parking is limited at beach so better to go to Inverhuron beach in the Ontario park

We stayed at Rachel's cabin for 5 days with our two sons -ages 11 & 14. First of the all, the cabin is just beautiful. Amazing natural light with those gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, functional and modern kitchen, and spacious rooms. The backyard is definitely a place you will spend so much time. We read on the outdoor sofa, played basketball, used the volleyball net, made smores on the fire and had a BBQ. Kids really enjoyed hunting for baby frogs. The location also can't be beat. A short drive to Pinery where we hiked and hit the beach. Kids loved climbing the sanddunes just a short drive away. It's also only a 20 minute drive to Grand Bend which we did, but we also discovered lots of places to eat and beaches to visit right in Port Franks. I would highly recommend Rachel's home!
