We spent an amazing Easter long weekend here with our 3 teenager kids. The place was perfect for our family, there was lots of space to chill separately or be together and walking distance to the Marina. Highly recommended.

Joey’s place is in an ideal location in the Nelson Bay Area. Easy walk into town, to shoal bay and little bay with plenty of access to walking trails, bikes trails and local amenities. The space itself is very thoughtfully setup and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

This place was fantastic! Perfectly clean and tidy, with plenty of parking and just a short walk to the beach. I’d absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The house was so close to the beach you could almost hear the waves. Just across the road was a cafe/restaurant which did great coffee and breakfast. About a 6 min walk to the main strip of shops which includes fish and chips, cafe, pizza, bottle shop, small grocer and more. The house didn’t have aircon but the fans kept it surprisingly cool. All of things you could need in the kitchen and just an overall lovely space to stay in. The outdoor shower is divine after a dip in the ocean. Thanks again we would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at the beach house! The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a nearby playground for the kids. One of the standout features was the amazing shower pressure. The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the beach. There’s plenty of roadside parking, making it an ideal spot for a holiday, especially for families with kids. We’ll definitely be back!

Great little place to stay. Very close to town and beautifully laid out inside. Communication around the booking was great, warm and proactive. Wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again. :)

We had a great stay at Melanie's over the New years period. The house has a great layout for families or large friend groups looking for a relaxed getaway. The house is well looked after and has all the amenities you could need for any length of getaway.

I booked this air BnB for my husband and I to stay at for our wedding weekend, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The whole house was immaculate, and had the most beautiful views! Would definitely visit again!

After staying with Ruth for over 2 weeks, I didn't want to leave! It really felt like home in the end. It was awesome to have my own space and bathroom but then be able to use the lovely kitchen. The pool is stunning, the photos don't do it justice! Super safe and peaceful area but accessible to everything in Newcastle. Ruth and I had some lovely conversations and I will definitely stay there again! Thanks Ruth.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

This place was great to stay with friends. Great Amenities and amazing location.

Great time with family. Kids played in the beach or pool. The accommodation had everything we needed including oven and washing machine (it was old and needed some fiddling to work out).
