We enjoyed our family trip to Helen GA. The location was convenient for us to walk all over town, even with elementary aged kids in tow. They also enjoyed splashing around in the river behind the property and at the playground just next door. The property itself met our needs, with space for everyone. We did note that the downstairs bunk bed was very tight, to the point where my 9yo felt too cramped on the lower bunk and chose to sleep on the floor. There are also some areas for improvement, like the back sliding door is very difficult to lock, the pocket door to the bunk room gets stuck in the open position, and the glass shower door seems unbalanced so it opens itself. Those were not dealbreakers for us, but would be nice to improve.

By far one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, and we travel often. Very cozy, comfy, and luxurious. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I love that there are nice fluffy blankets to use while lounging around. The bed is to die for, and the shower is heaven. We enjoyed being able to bring our fur baby with us and it was so nice to be in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Great condo! Great location right by the train and walkable to restaurants and shops! Condo is extremely sound proof so train is not a concern at all. Very beautifully furnished, gorgeous kitchen and great closets!! Beds were so comfortable! Hostess was accommodating and had no issues with unit whatsoever. Loved it!!

This is a nice little house in the woods that is perfect for a getaway with a partner. The location was private, and there was a local store down the road if you needed anything else. Really nice kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Only complaint is the water smelled a little off (latexy), but I’m sure that’s just an issue with getting water to the location that’s out of their control. Other than that it was a great little getaway for the weekend and I highly recommend.

Relaxing Getaway w/ Stunning Lake & Mountain Views

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Only Condo fronting Main Street! "Deer Path Condo"

This is a great condo at the perfect location. One in our group has issues walking long distances but the location of this condo allowed him to walk every where the group walked. We enjoy sitting on the deck and relaxing. This best part is how courteous and attentive John is to every communication. We have stayed here a few times and plan to stay again. Thanks John for being a great host!

Beautiful Condo in Downtown Blue Ridge!

This was our 2nd time staying at William’s condo. Perfect location, beautiful, and had many comforts of home. This condo does not disappoint! The host(s) were great in their communication with us and responsive to our messages. We will definitely be back!!

Happy on the river 2 master suites

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

Loved our stay in Helen. Tammy was so very helpful and friendly when we called to clarify parking instructions. We received great communication from her before, during, and after our stay. Would definitely use this rental company again! The condo was very nice and comfortable. Very walkable to all the great restaurants (definitely try Campfire and Bodensee) and shops. Truly magical with all the Christmas decorations!

Our stay was so great last year, we came back again! We had an amazing stay for Oktoberfest. The cabin is very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay a perfect one. We love the location, and it is so convenient to everything in Helen. We look forward to booking again to celebrate with you next year!

Immaculately clean! Comfortable bed. Ceiling fans. Laundry. Lovely view. Plenty of light. Only downside is road traffic with tube bus. Quiet by bedtime.

The view of the lake and surrounding mountains is gorgeous! The property is as it is described except, I think the view is even better in person. Everything was in good working order, and I enjoyed the location close to both Hiawassee and Hayesville. A great spot for a small family, or couple, to enjoy a relaxing get away in the mountains.

This place was great and very easy to get too. The owners were very responsive and made getting in easy. We loved the fireplace and having the door open listening to the river. I would definitely stay again. I did forget to empty the dishwasher so I forgot my flamingo wine glasses but that is okay. I would definitely recommend.

The stay was pleasant! Was worry at first that we wouldn’t be able to have a late checkout but Leonard, was super friendly & helpful. We were able to get the exact schedule we needed. The place was gorgeous, & super comfortable. My partner & i even mentioned wanting a home like this one. It’s a decor that catches your eye. Definitely staying again!

Perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. Had a little issue with hot water the first night, but made a plan to spread out shower time between all and we no longer had the issue. In walking distance to the town!

Cute 2 bedroom 3 full bath with pull out couch, every room including living area has balcony access. Right in the middle of Helen you can walk to anything! Big daddy’s restaurant near by was great as well!

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!
