This modern, light and airy, well appointed studio apartment has just been renovated. The entire block has just completed a 2 year refurbishment. It has a separate Kitchen and Bathroom. The unit is a walking distance to the shops, restaurants , parks, headland walks and the beach. Maroubra is also a great place to surf, exercise, enjoy the beach, eat out and have fun.
