Everything is steps away! You can see the beach entrance from the driveway! No shared spaces! Walk to Jetty park, Jaycee park (w/playground), Ft Pierce Inlet (load your boat) or several amazing restaurants/tiki bars (like Square Grouper). After a day on the water head to the Beach House to jump in the pool or play with some yard games. Take a stroll or GOLF CART RIDE to the restaurant/tiki bar to have a sunset dinner! Lastly enjoy the fire pit around the pool under the Edison lights & stars!

The Farmhouse Suite is the largest of our 2 Villas and 2 RV Listings and could sleep up to 3 if we unfold the hideaway bed. It has its own separate entrance with lockable doors.. The Farmhouse Suite is a beautiful Shabby Chic Decorated Room with a Loft housing a Queen size Bed, it has a love seat and TV & DVD player for a homey feeling. Welcome to Nova Beach Cottage, the guest house on the oceanfront estate of famous sculptor, Mihai Popa, a.k.a. “Nova”. Located on the south tip of North Hutchinson Island directly next to the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. Garden and beach path a few steps from the cottage. Screened patio from bedroom.
