Peoria was halfway for our friends with you families and I to meet up. This house was a wonderful gathering space on a quiet road. It provided a great amount of space for play, visiting, cooking, and eating. Bonus, it has so many extra closets and cupboard spaces that it made the best house ever for a game of hide and seek!

We were in Springfield for a church youth conference at the BOS center. Location was great for the event and restaurants. Everything was clearly marked in kitchen and bathrooms plus the owners having some additional items supplied for use was very helpful! It’s an older home with lots of space for larger groups. Our teens loved the two games in the entryway and the large seating area in the living room was a plus also! Reasonable price for what we received! Doug and team were amazing and made our stay so great for Christmas. We were all in town to see my grandma for Christmas. Unfortunately she passed the day after we left but we created the best memories with family in this home. I’m sure this will become a tradition for our family now. Really unique home in a beautiful area just outside of Peoria.

This home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 young children. There were tons of extra amenities ie: spices, kcups, hot chocolate, tea, shampoos and body washes, various cleaning supplies and dish soaps. Plenty of towels and TP. Wifi worked well. some yummy restaurants close. College next door so the kids enjoyed exploring and running around.

Our stay was at short notice and Amanda was very accommodating. The three bedrooms all were spacious and comfortable beds. The temperature was very comfortable as well. Both televisions have fire tv on them. The refrigerator has water and ice available as well. I can’t say enough great things about the home and host. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house looked just like it was described in the listing. Everything was clean. The one level house was nice for my baby, who is crawling. The neighborhood is quiet, which was convenient for putting my 2 kids to bed at night. Amy was responsive to the questions I had and provided detailed instructions for check in and check out. It was a short drive to downtown Lincoln from the house.

Another wonderful stay! I so enjoy a get away here. Comfortable, clean, relaxing and fun. I love the decorating with so many interesting things. there is a free little library out front and the location is a great place to take a walk. Highly recommend. I will stay again!

great long term stay, less than 10 minutes to any store and shopping. Close to baseball, hockey and museums. A handful or restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable, a nice place to gather and hang out as a group.

Sheila's upstairs apartment is comfortable, clean, great decor and located above shops downtown Wyoming. She has extra touches, spices, cookware, full size kitchen, washer/dryer AND detergent, coffees and creamer, everything you need when you are away for a few days. This apartment is quiet at night, as the shops below are closed. The area has nice walking options but get groceries before you arrive as it is a small, quaint town. If the weather is nice, you can sit outside on her deck. We were in town for four nights and we would definitely stay again! The host is very responsive and pleasant!

Perfect accommodation for our family of five while visiting area Universities. We will definitely stay again and would recommend if visiting for any U of I events.

John was super responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. We arrived late and he even opened the arcades next door after hours so that we could go in and play! We had an amazing stay and my husband is already talking about returning.
