It is less than 1km from the N1, just off Bloemfontein's main street, Nelson Mandela Drive. 2.4km from the University of the Free State. Less than 5km from hospitals and major schools in town. We are 300m from a driving range, to hit some golf balls. Safe running routes. There is another Airbnb on the property since 2019. Home away from home. Very nice and spacious (about 120 square meter) little self catering home and self check in separate from our home, with it’s own entrance. Ideal for a family. Easy accessible from the N1 Kenneth Kaunda offramp, 2.2 km. Located in Waverley, safe and quiet neighborhood. Very nice central location, close to a lot of the schools situated in the North and Central Bloemfontein. Close to Medi Clinic Hospital and City Med day Hospital.
