"Mystic Country" Farm Stay at 100 Acre Wood

Let us welcome you to 100 Acre Wood, a historic farm and working cattle ranch. Owl's House is a private and stylish guest house nestled within the trees and garden and offers 180° views. Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Enjoy pastoral farm life and our private forest trails, or get out and play in the area's abundance of fine dining, wineries, seasonal attractions, outdoor activities, and entertainment.

A Well Appointed Pad, Porch, & Patio

A home away from home. At 13 Lester, we can provide guests a choice when booking, to book as a one bedroom with pull out sofa (sleeps 4) or as a 2 bedroom with pull out sofa (sleeps 6). Since we have a high demand for parties of 2 the listing is priced for the one bedroom with pull out option. If you need or want the second bedroom opened up just book the unit as listed and message us to request the 2nd bedroom. We will send a request through the app for the additional fee of $50 per night

Guesthouse Farm Stay

Come stay with us on our historic working farm! Relax on the back deck and enjoy views of our 12-acre property and peaceful pastures. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Private entrance, kitchen, off street parking, patio with grill, washer/dryer set up, and a dishwasher. Short drive to local historical and tourist locations such as CT wine trails, Clyde’s apple cider, downtown Mystic – the Aquarium, Seaport, and Village. Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails.
