Our cozy studio with a private entrance is located in a quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from East Matunuck State Beach and within walking distance of one of the most popular farm/pond-to-table restaurant-Matunuck Oyster Bar. Enjoy the local restaurants, walk along our beautiful beach, visit Block Island, Newport, Watch Hill or Mystic. We are 15 minutes from the University of RI - Enjoy a sports event or visit with your children or friend.

We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. There are two other rooms available at The Lacey Rose. This beautiful home was built in 1810 as a colonial and renovated into a victorian in the late 1880's.
