Tiny Cottage in Hither Woods, Montauk

A little cabin on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

Ocean-View Cottage at Spar Point Farm Block Island

Spar Point Farm on Block Island is a 6-acre working family farm including a vineyard, orchard, apiary, gardens, greenhouse, and authentic wood-fired "Cob" clay oven. It offers a winning combination of being well off the main road for privacy and quiet, but less than 10 minutes by car from the main port town and 5 minutes from the airport. The farm is flanked by 230 acres of conservation land to the west and enjoys sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, striking sunsets, and wondrous stargazing.

Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Ambrose Hideaway

Please come enjoy our charming air-conditioned walk-out basement apartment on beautiful Block Island. The entire space is yours, with a private entrance and private bath. Open your door to an outside patio and enjoy our property on the edge of Ambrose Swamp. Just a ten minute walk from Old Harbor, ferries, restaurants, shops & nightlife. Close enough to hear the ferry's horn, but tucked away from it all next to this scenic marshland. Well-trained, housebroken pets welcome (for a small fee).

New Harbor House Unit A w/Sunset View & Fire Place

Centrally located in the heart of New Harbor, this beautiful home has everything you need to enjoy your time on Block Island. Rent it seperately or combine it with Unit B for an even larger space. This is the ONLY house in the commercial disctrict of New Harbor, yet it is surrounded by conservation land. This means you'll be less than a 10-minute walk to all attractions, but you'll have the peace and quiet of Island life as you take in the sunset over the water from your spacious deck.

Suite Getaway

We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.

Mink Cove Treehouse

A unique adult adventure awaits in this cozy hand crafted tree house! Nestled 12 feet off the ground amongst the chirping birds, red oaks & breathtaking views of Mink Cove in Buzzards Bay. The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Step inside to the living space & snuggle up on the couch for an intimate evening.

The Ritz: Bright, airy & close to everything!

One of three homes on a large property, the 'Ritz' is a studio with private porch, Adirondack chairs & fire pit outdoors. Perfect for a couple with one queen. A full kitchen, BBQ grill and a short walk to town and the Southeast Light. We may accommodate a child in a pack n play, but do ask you to bring your own linens. The grill is propane, which we provide a tank and a extra. Please let us know if you are out so we can be sure to have it filled in time.

Shel House

Beautiful Block Island gem, gut renovated in 2010. Classic with all the modern conveniences. Easy walk to the ferry, downtown, and beaches. Four bedrooms, 2 full baths, detached bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds. Fabulous patio & porches with a backyard that keeps guests coming back. Perfect house for a family or two. Full week rentals only June-August, Friday to Friday. Off season weekends have a 3-day minimum stay. Calendar opens October 1.

Coastal Cottage by Beaches+Coffee-South Kingstown

Unwind with family or friends at our sun-filled, tranquil home, where you can ride your bike to the beach during the day and listen to the ocean from the living room in the evening. Enjoy reading a good book in the sunroom or lounge outside under the umbrella. Take a stroll to the salt pond or launch your kayak to take in the sunset. Local restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream are all walkable from the cottage.

Hayden House on Block Island

Hayden House is a cozy, tranquil island retreat that sits guests on 1.5 acres and is only a short 0.5 mile walk to downtown. The sun rises over the large deck that overlooks the back yard...and you will see beautiful sunsets while sitting on the front porch of this farm style home. Please note that Hayden House can accommodate 10 guests during the summer and 8 guests November through April.

Private studio 1 mile from New Harbor

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy coffee in the expansive yard where you may see a chicken wandering around. Feel free to grab an egg from the coop. Take a stroll down Dunn town rd, one of the most beautiful roads on the island. Or hop on your bike and take the west side loop to catch a sunset at Gracie’s or dories cove. West side is the best side.
