Welcome to Waikawa

Our cosy self-contained studio is warm, clean and homely. Ideal for a solo traveller or couples. The Studio is only an 8 minute drive from Picton and the ferry (approx. 4kms), the cafes, restaurants, bars, aquarium, museum and the gateway to the Queen Charlotte Sounds. Enjoy the many walks, bike tracks and choice of boat cruises on offer from the Picton foreshore, or simply use our place as a convenient ferry stopover. Blenheim is only a 35 min drive if you want to explore further afield.

Relax and unwind, close to town with sea views

Jandals on Otago street. Our spacious one bedroom apartment is ideally located . A short walk (750m) to town and handy for the interislander ferries. Relax and enjoy the views of the Queen Charlotte Sound and Picton Marina from the sunny deck. Amble to town to visit the local galleries, restaurants and cafes. Soak up the sun at the local beaches or enjoy access to the Marlborough Sounds from the many tourist operators from the quay or simply enjoy the great walking and biking tracks nearby.

Hideaway on Milton

This renovated, bright & Spacious ground floor Unit offers the perfect comfortable & relaxed atmosphere. We offer a BBQ to cook on with a microwave for heating. 10 min walk to Town (Restaurants & Bars), close to Ferries, Walking/Biking Tracks and both Marinas also a couple of swimming spots. You will awake to the sounds of native birds. Picton - Gateway to the Marlborough Sounds, Adventure and Scenic providers are based on the Picton Foreshore. This little town has something for everyone.

Private Garden Studio - close to town.

Small yet comfortable, private self contained, fully air conditioned room with ensuite, set amongst magnificent trees and garden in top residential area. It has its own lockable entrance and is only 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to the centre of town - 10 minute drive to wineries and the Omaka Aviation Centre. Microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, small fridge, cutlery, crockery and glassware included. Note: no cook top or oven. The unit also has a Smart TV with Netflix & Freeview.

Korurahi Retreat, Blenheim.

Korurahi Retreat offers peaceful gardens tucked away down a private driveway with off street parking. A comfortably appointed studio with a spacious relaxed sitting area with views to the garden. The king size bed has quality linen for your comfort with locally made natural products in the shower room. A well equipped kitchen has everything you will need with an air fryer/oven, microwave, electric frying pan and coffee machine. No stairs to worry about as everything is on ground level.

Home away from home

Our modern home is a 5minute drive to the city center and 5 minute walk to local amenities. You are Ideally situated to visit Omaka Air museum and local attractions. Continental breakfast is supplied for first 2 mornings.this includes cornflakes toast bread, and condiments, milk, orange juice and fruit. The unit is attached to our house so the two entrances are close to each other.there is an outside security camera we are offering a discount for bookings during the winter months.

Beach house suite - 2 bdrm - Absolute waterfront!

Absolute WATERFRONT! Our very unique, semi self-contained, downstairs guest suite is beachfront in the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. Unique location right on the waters edge in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.

The Nest 1 Studio unit

We welcome all guests to our bright, spacious and warm room. An easily accessible property from the main roads with off street parking, we are a 25 minute walk from central Blenheim and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Pollard park gardens and a golf course. The room has an ensuite, smart TV, Wi-Fi, small kitchen suitable for reheating food with tea & coffee, a microwave, a toaster, a small fridge and a BBQ on the deck for your use. Breakfast of toast and cereals are in the room.

Karma Waters Picton Continental Breakfast included

This is Karma Waters Picton, A travellers haven very peaceful and walking distance to everything Picton has to offer. Your own private entrance leads guests into the bed and breakfast . Bedding configuration main private bedroom with a queen bed, and the lounge area has a leather fold out couch. Guests can relax on the outdoor furniture, and enjoy your own private patio with views. Off street parking right beside your accommodation. No cleaning fee, and Breakfast is included.

Tironui Hideaway.

Tranquil location set amongst beautiful established gardens with a serene outlook to picturesque vineyards. Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

Waikawa Landing : Self Contained Apartment.

Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , Microwave, Ninja Air Fryer Pro Xl (roast, bake, reheat and dehydrate) tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 hotplates and a burner on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.
