A stunningly beautiful 2.8 ha plot, just 15 km from the city of Blantyre. Our accomodation units were all built by hand with materials that are largely sourced on site. Our apartments are in a building show in the pictures, adjacent to our famous ball house (Nyumba ya Ngati Mpila - The house that looks like a ball). The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed, desk, chairs, wardrobe, tv, and fan. Adjacent is a shared kitchen. The entrance is from a beautiful private garden, where one can relax under a big ficus tree and a veranda in front of the kitchen. The apartment is along the main Zalewa Road directly leading to the Blantyre town center 6.5 km away.

Home away from home

This house is very close to Blantyre town. It's an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. The area has an amazing natural hilly terrain perfect for late afternoon walks or early morning jogs, or a visit to numerous close by Gyms. I love the balcony which is a good spot to relax and get some fresh air. We also provide guides and recommendations on local attractions and unique traditional Malawian cuisine.
