Heritage Cottage

Heritage Cottage is a beautiful retreat away from life's busy pace. This spacious and cozy home was built Summer 2019. The panoramic views show all of Southern Alberta's best - the prairies, foothills, and rocky mountains. 40 minutes from Waterton National Park, 15 minutes West of Pincher Creek, and 20 minutes to Castle Provincial Park and ski hill. We do not live on site but live close by that we can be available most times, if needed. We are excited to share this corner of the world with you.

The Blackbird 1905 church mountain getaway

Our historic property is nestled in beautiful Crowsnest Pass, Southern Alberta. Built in 1905, the church has been renovated into a gorgeous vacation home. Sleeping up to 12, perfect for a multi family holiday, or golf weekend. We live in a mountain playground of biking, hiking, ski-ing, fly fishing and back country adventures. Or just snuggle up by the wood burning fireplace. 2.5 hours from Calgary, 40 minutes to Fernie ,B.C. And close to Castle mountain as well. Welcome to the Blackbird!

The Crowsnest Pass offers gorgeous hikes and scenery, world-famous fly fishing, kayaking, snowmobiling, mountain biking, canoeing, and skiing. Nearby are three ski resorts- we are located 7 minutes from Pass Powderkeg, 45 min from Fernie, and 45 min from Castle Mountain. Other nearby destinations are Waterton National Park and Beaver Mines Lake.

Fantastic ski-in, ski-out rental located at Castle Mountain Resort with a beautiful view of Barnaby Ridge! High Rustler House is located in the main village of Castle Mountain Resort, located 20 minutes from Beaver Mines, 40 minutes from Pincher Creek and just over 1 hour from Waterton. Ski-in, ski-out has never been so comfortable! Watch the chairlift start in the morning or walk to one of Castle's great hiking trails, there is tons to do in this area!
