The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Great Barn Quarter Located on a Farm outside Granite City Limits. Close by Lake Lugert and Plentiful Hunting! Ideal for Hunting Parties traveling in. Stocked with Vintage video games for a long hunt. Full size refirgerator, washer/dryer, deep freezer, 2 ton A/C, wood burning oven/ griddle top & shop parking. Plenty of room to string up and process your kill. Concrete floor, so dont bother kicking your boots off at the door! Your choice of 1 bed or 4 bunkbed sets (8 beds) or anything in between!

The area has lots of hidden gems; great food, fun and shopping. Located 30 minutes from I-40 and 25 minutes to Altus. 15 minutes South to Blair for excellent food!

Original oak floors with vintage decor from the 50's gives one an idea of what life was like to live on the Mother Road. Two bedrooms accented with furniture, colors, and wall art reflective of the area and time period. There's also a reading room to soak in the sun and have your morning coffee. Weezies has modern conveniences of Wifi, bluetooth record player, and smart t.v. for your convenience.

This cabin is rustic yet elegant, rock interior wall in kitchen with apron sink, butcher block cabinet tops and stainless appliances. There is a grand rock wood fireplace, stained concrete floors, deep soaking tub in master bath. The cabin has a bedroom and bath downstairs and bedroom and bath upstairs. Features a 4-seater hot tub in private covered patio. Eagles Nest sits in the foothills of the Wichita Mountains which gives it that amazing "cabin feel." Eagles Nest is a home away from home.

Quartz Mountain Escape

One bedroom cabin on 1500 private acres of the Quartz Mountains. The owners live on the same property near the cabin. Hiking, wildlife watching, fishing within walking distance. Cabin is 300 square feet and has two twin bunk beds and one full bed. A full kitchen with an apartment sized fridge. Bathroom with shower. Electric outdoor grill. Fire pit when weather permits. There is a smart tv with inernet. No more than 4 people in or at the cabin at any given time. Additional pet fee of $30

It's a 200sqft Cabin in the middle of a 20 acre Pasture with views of the Slick Hills and Mt Scott.Minutes from lake Lawtonka and Medicine Park. Donkeys and horses roam free,as do normal country bugs and critters Plenty of room for family events and reasonable parties,,, I deleted the rest of this message..
