Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

Your space is private & is 2200 sq ft. Private entrance, off road parking. Sleeps up to 9+! Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Beautiful private home on 1 Acre wooded lot. This home is an eco-friendly, luxury retreat in a small footprint. 4 bd + full gym, close to everything from walking trails & parks to stadiums & the Mall of America. 4 fireplaces (2 wood, 1 gas [in winter], & 1 electric). Fenced backyard surrounded by private meditation path. Beautiful sunroom overlooks the backyard and is a wonderful spot for morning coffee/tea. Did I mention the full gym?? Free weights, cardio equipment, and cable machines.

Warm up in a Victorian 4-plex: Two

Located in a Victorian 4- Plex, built in 1911, for young professionals who need to use the trolley (where light rail is today), train ( local station was in Iris Park, 3 blocks) or work at local businesses. In 1996, with 11 days before the scheduled condemnation date, the building was saved, gutted and completely restored. Since then, the building has had continuous updates, with a Class A standing and outfitted was the my personal treasures, which I invite you to share in one of my Airbnbs!
