"The Crib" is a stand alone unit in a quiet cul-de-sac in Riverside, it shares a 1400 sq mt internal block with the main house. It has great views overlooking the Tamar River and Launceston. "The Crib" is a quiet, sunny relaxing self contained unit tastefully decorated with a modern kitchen consisting of good quality appliances, linens, comfy furnishings and smart t.v. Ideal for a single or a couple.

Stylish Art Deco heritage apartment paying homage to the 1930’s building. Located in the heart of Launceston with restaurants, bars, cafes and market at your doorstep. This is a great base so you can immerse yourself in what Northern Tasmania has to offer this spring The apartment is on Level 1 and you will be required to climb a set of stairs to reach the entrance. There is no lift access.
