This charming townhouse is ideally located 5 minutes from shopping centres, medical facilities, and vets, 15 minutes to the CBD, and 20 minutes from Darwin Airport. Enjoy walking tracks around the nearby golf course, scenic man-made lakes, and playgrounds. Keep an eye out for Burdekin ducks, freshwater turtles, and Jacana birds. This self-contained air-con cabin consists of a queen bed and ensuite with toilet and shower. TV with local channels. The cabin features a deck with a small table and chairs to sit out and enjoy berry springs nature and the local farm animals. Cows and a donkey. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cutlery & crockery you will need and pots, pans, microwave and toaster, kettle and stove top. Plus, a full-size fridge/freezer. Everything you need for a great stay in Berry Springs.

Located on 5 beautiful acres, where you can enjoy your own private space. The deck is the perfect spot to watch the storms roll in or enjoy a beautiful Territory sunset. You can also hop into the pool directly from the deck. The space is all yours! Open plan lounge and kitchen, spacious bathroom and bedroom. If you have extra guests, there is a fold out couch. and we can also organise a porta-cot if you have a little one. Pets negotiable! We know you will love your stay.

Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.
