Located about 40 min south of missoula in Stevensville MT. Newly finished tiny home with high end finishings. Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Cassidy Homestead Guest Cabin

If you're looking for an authentic rustic Montana cabin experience with modern amenities, this is your place!! Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Comfortable king size bed, bunk beds, desk, coffee bar, microwave, and a fridge. One mile off Hwy 93

Snowmobile or cross country ski from the home to access east side trailhead less than 4 blocks away or trailer to west side snowmobile trailhead less than 8 miles away. The perfect base camp to start from for any of the areas many adventures!

"Elk's Run" cozy cabin nestled in the pines

Come get away from it all and explore the beauty of Montana. Nestled in the heart of the Swan Valley, Falls Creek Guest Ranch hosts cabins with that quaint rustic charm. The valley is full of trails, mountain lakes and much more. The ranch has a 7 acre pond great for kayaking around, is backed up to the forest service so privacy is optimal. Mountain Getaway, Gold Creek! (Unit 217)

Cabin has one queen bed on main “open” floor, 2 beds in loft, (one queen and one full). Loft has a sturdy built in ladder, not suitable for toddlers or little kids. Equipped with gas cook top, refrigerator, microwave, sink, bathroom w/ shower, tv (DVD's and ROKU). Situated approximately 5 miles from the Clark Fork River, and 1 mile from public Montana Government Lands (Pontoon boats available to rent for self-guided tours, please inquire.)

Blackfoot Ranch Guest House

Come stay in the recently built Blackfoot Ranch guest house on a working horse and mule ranch while staring into the Scapegoat Wilderness. Amazing blue ribbon trout fishing just up the road. Located 5 miles from a major trailhead accessing the Bob Marshall Wilderness Complex. The guest house is in a separate building on the ranch above my saddle shop. Enjoy amazing star gazing and the quiet of this remote ranch.

Blackfoot Bungalow

Newly renovated one-bedroom house steps away from the Blackfoot River, yet conveniently located on Highway 200 close to Bonner and the Kettlehouse Ampitheater. Great location to use as a launch spot for fishing, floating, boating, hiking, hunting, or enjoying a show at the amphitheater. Fully equipped kitchen and propane BBQ, plus small front porch and below deck grassy area.
