Lounge is equipped with a TV, wet bar, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and small fridge. The private bathroom (shower) is supplied with soap, towels and hairdryer.

A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

We added our "aluminum guest house" to our back yard with a 100 foot crane! Quiet, green and private backyard. Plenty of headroom, modern amenities and new plumbing with delightful 1969 Vintage décor. 1000 thread count sheets on a queen size bed. Great WIFI and onsite tech support. Well equipped kitchen. This is a spacious suite with private bathroom, counter. This room is at the back of our house behind the garage, window towards the wall. It has a Queen sized bed that sleeps two people. It's also equipped with a private counter. My husband and I are living upstairs, but you have your own private access downstairs to your room after entering the main door.
