Crazy Horse (14' tipi)

Crazy Horse & Custer traveled this way to Devils Tower. This tipi can comfortably sleep 4 adults. Each tipi has as two burner stove, 3 gallons of water, a pot, coffee fixing things, a propane lantern and a solar lantern. There is no electricity on the property and an outdoor solar shower available if desired. Sleeping places (pad, sheets, blankets and pillows) can be set up for a total fee of $30 for 4 payable on arrival; more available for $10. Please request this when making a reservation.

The campground backs onto the Black Hills National Forest which is over one million acres, located in Custer, SD. We are close to Crazy Horse, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Jewel and Wind Cave, Needles Highway and Iron Mountain Road.

This travel trailer is fully hooked up sitting on 40 acres at the base of Crow Peak in Spearfish. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It’s at a great location to do some grilling, sit back in a lawn chair and soak up the views of Crow Peak and the surrounding nature.
