Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath studio. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchenette, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, on demand water heater with heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, large fenced backyard and patio w/ seating and grill.

The Arizona Room

Fall has arrived, and we welcome you to our home in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley in Western Montana. This home design is a blend of the Bitterroot Valley and the Desert Southwest, with its timber-framed elements and courtyard. It is set just 3 miles north and east of historic Stevensville, and your room has a commanding view of the beautiful Bitterroot mountains. The home is set on 2.8 fenced acres with a coded gate entry. Our golden retriever, Rudy most likely will be your first greeter.

Cozy Philipsburg Studio Guest Cottage

This cozy guest cottage is located three blocks from downtown. Unit is detached from main house and accessed off the alley adjacent to garage. Cottage has separate parking and beautiful views. This approximately 140 square foot space includes a half bathroom (no shower/tub), microwave, fridge, hot water kettle, desk, and queen bed. Smart tv/wifi and bluetooth speaker. An affordable, comfortable option for solo travelers or couples who just need a good spot to crash. New window AC in 2025.

Guest-Suite attached to log home in the forest

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Mountain View Yurt

Enjoy a unique experience in a Montana built yurt. Our place was created for a Montana experience in mind. Our property is settled with little neighbors and breathtaking views. Guest will have access to a private entrance and a private bathroom area that includes a composting toilet and outdoor shower (seasonally May - October). Our yurt has a king size bed alongside a small cot for a third guest. You will enjoy the serene sounds of nature and the peace under the Montana starlit sky.

Downtown Sanctuary-Great Bed & near River Trail

City License 2024-MSS-STR-00040. Lovely and new (2018) private unit containing a bedroom (Queen bed) and bath, dedicated internet network, dorm fridge and microwave, coffee and tea station, private entrance and patio, and dedicated parking. Located within easy walking distance of downtown Missoula, the river-trail system, concerts at the Wilma or Top Hat, the Top Hat's Kettlehouse Amphitheater shuttle, or the University of Montana - and convenient to the Van Buren St. I-90 exchange.

Off Grid 2 Story Treehouse with Private Deck

This 2 story treehouse is about a mile away from the world famous Bitterroot River to grant access to world class fly fishing. A small grill is provided for making all of your meals but you'll want to bring your camping dishes. The outdoor shower is not operational during the fall and winter. It will be available in May/June. High in the trees you'll experience an elevated glamping experience, which is perfect for 2 people. You'll be surrounded by large trees, wild life, and peace.

Honey House in the Bitterroot

You will have the guesthouse overlooking the Bitterroot Valley all to yourself. You will be less than 10 minutes from downtown Hamilton, river access is minutes away and less than an hour from Lost Trail Powder Mountain! There is a Tuft&Needle Queen bed to rest your head on, sofa, full bath, and full kitchen w/stove, oven, fridge, microwave, plates and utensils to cook your meals. We just had a rabbit move into our yard that we are quite attached to so dogs must be on leash!

The Sapphire Trout

Nestled in the Sapphire Mountains on 24 acres just outside Stevensville, Montana, is the Sapphire Trout. Magical getaway bedroom in the woods on 25 acres where glamping meets re-wilding. Come recharge and rest. Short walk to the all cedar outhouse. Enjoy watching the fire dance at the campfire circle by the creek. Great hiking trails close by, and just 20 miles to Lolo Hot Springs and 4 miles to a restaurant/saloon. This is a space to truly unwind, as there is no cell phone coverage, but there is limited WiFi. Chef cooked breakfast available (costs extra).
