The place fit our needs perfectly for the family holiday. Perfect size for a couple and one or two kids. It's location and the cleanliness were the biggest factors for us. Close to family home and close to grocery stores, retail and many restaurants.

Clean & Spacious: Two-Bedroom Suite with Kitchen

Jeannie is a proactive and very welcoming host. She wants her guests to have a great experience and was quick to respond to our requests. This is not your typical basement apartment-bright, warm, comfortable-you will definitely feel at home. Rooms esp. the bathroom are large with room to move. The large egress windows allow natural light into the rooms and every room has excellent lighting. No place for dirt to hide here! This apartment is clean, fresh, tastefully decorated and we truly enjoyed our stay! We have already booked a return trip and look forward to Jeannie being our host again.

True Story: even though Cheryl's thoughtful directions said "leave the cleaning to us!" and don't strip the bedding, I did it anyways... the mattress and pillows were SO comfortable I HAD to find out what they were so I can get them for my home! Everything was perfect and again, in a word, comfortable! Thanks again for a great experience!

Luxury Living at Bargain Price. Garage Parking.

Great location, very clean and had everything we needed. It was also much bigger inside then it appears from outside...lots of room! Neighborhood is quiet, and its walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Highly recommend!

Central City Retreat

Such a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was big and had all the basics we needed to cook. The beds were clean and comfortable as were the couches. We will definitely be back!

Your Boarding While You Business

It's a old cozy house, good for a short stay. Not sure if it normally happens in the area but when I was there one of the houses near by was burning garbage both days, making it not very pleasant outside, but the stay itself was great. The only thing about the place itself is if you are a tall person watch your head when going to use the upstairs toilet. Jerod was also a great host with lots of information and friendly.

Lisa’s place was absolutely wonderful! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Can’t say enough about the upstairs “game” area that was a crowd pleaser!

The house was exactly as advertise. But it was more than that. We were 3 generations and we all felt at home. You would be very comfortable with full occupancy at 12 people. Everything was where it was needed and extra supplies were easily located. We didn’t bring any pets, but the home is set up for your fur-babies. Large backyard, kennels, extra leashes and more. Thank you!!!

This was a perfect place to stay and we plan to stay again when we visit Bismarck ND. We are from Ft Myers FL. Everything was great and we appreciated the extra condiments in the kitchen such as aluminum foil, salt & pepper, plastic wrap, and paper towels. Very clean and quality linens.

This is such a cozy house in the historic Cathedral area. The furnishings are so quaint and fashioned to the early 1900s era; comfortable for just getting away. The neighborhood is quiet - definitely recommend as a place to come and relax. Within walking distance to a great restaurant.

Carly and Amos were great hosts! the place was spotless and exactly like described! My husband and I traveled here for 2 weeks with our furry friends, and it was the perfect accommodation. The house is located in a great location close to restaurants and shops, can't recommend this place enough!

Dot is an excellent host - so responsive and really nice! The apartment is nice and comfortable. It is located close to restaurants and easy to get to. This was my second stay with Dot - and it was truly a great experience.
