Bright, comfortable spacious apartment in a new residential development. The apartment is on the 15th floor, with stunning views of the city, the Panfilov park and the beautiful mountains. Bedroom with a large bed, living room-kitchen with all necessary for a comfortable stay. Closed, guarded courtyard with a playground. The house has a 24-hour supermarket and pharmacy. As well as cafes and coffee houses. Nearby is Panfilov Park, the White House and the main square of the country - Ala-Too.

Our apartment is in the Centre of Bishkek, new building, on the 12 floor. View from the window, where you can see mountains, sunset and sunrise. Near by you can find shops, cinema, cafe, universities. To catch a transport is easy. There are 3 rooms, 2 restrooms, balcony, window almost to the floor. Logvinenko Street, building 55 (between Frunze and Zhibek Zholu streets). Supermarket 24/7, pharmacy and several excellent restaurants are located in the same building. Air-conditioning and heated floors. The apartment is warm in the cold season and cool in the summer. Covered parking space on basement.

Wi-Fi, cable TV. Two big TV screens. 24/7 on site security. Wonderful outside territory with a nice and secure play ground. Quiet area in walking distance from the main square, largest amusement park and good restaurants. English/Russian speaking hosts.
